What is the delivery time for LoCo products after placing an order?
We take between 7 – 10 days to have your goodies delivered to you but if you are in a rush you can check if the product you want to get your hands on offers a quick 48 hour delivery too!
Where do you ship/deliver to?
We ship all over and across India, so no matter where you are in this country, we will deliver to your doorstep!
Can I return a faulty product?
We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked before we ship them off to you, however, if you do receive a faulty product you can return it back to us within 2 days of delivery by dropping us a message or email.
If there is a product you love and we are sold out, you can add it to your ‘Wish List‘ and we will drop you a line as soon we have it in store.
Can I request my order to be a gift?
We love that you want you to share the LoCo love, so all you have to do is drop us a note with your order and we will wrap it up for your loved one!
I haven’t received my product yet, what should I do?
If the delivery isn’t made in the timeline we promised, we are sorry for the inconvenience. You can call us between 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday or drop us a message or email.
I want to add another product to my delivery after placing an order.
If you would like to add another product to your shopping bag you can drop us a message and if your order hasn’t already been shipped we will ship it together. If your order has already been shipped, it will be delivered and considered as a separate order.
I want to remove an item from my order.
You can send us a message and if your order is not out for delivery, we will remove the item from your order. Please send us exact details and link to the product you want eliminated from your order list.
If I cancelled the order, when will I get a refund?
We have a no cancellations; no return and no refund policy. We only refund incase of damaged goods – received and informed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
